Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc., to provide Case Management Services for Home-Delivered Meals Assessments services under the Community Services for the Elderly Program, for the period commencing retroactively on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25. State funding under the agreement will be in an amount not-to-exceed $189,262, payable at the agreed upon unit cost, under the listed terms and conditions.
