Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with Feeding Westchester, Inc., to provide Counseling and Information Services to seniors applying for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Services, including assisting clients in the completion and submission of applications for benefits under the Community Services for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an amount not-to-exceed $58,849 in state funds, payable at the agreed-upon unit costs. The Contractor is required to contribute $19,617 in Contractor matching funds toward the services.
