Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with The Wartburg Home of the Evangelical Lutheran Church for the purpose of providing social adult day services to Westchester County residents, 60 years or older, who are isolated because of physical and/or cognitive limitations, in accordance with the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $120,000, comprised of $90,000 in State funds and $30,000 in County tax dollars.
