Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc., for the provision of In-Home Contact & Support-Project Time Out services to County residents 60 years or older, who are isolated because of physical and/or cognitive limitations in accordance with the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an amount not-to-exceed $96,601 in State funding. WJCS is required to contribute $5,084 in matching funds to the Services.
