Probation - Pursuant to Section 3(a)(xxi) of the Westchester County Procurement Policy and Procedures, to exempt from procurement an agreement with Jail Solutions, LLC, for which Jail Solutions, LLC, through its principal Leandro Diaz, will serve as a consultant to the Westchester County Department of Probation in connection with the new 80 bed juvenile secure/specialized secure detention build, as well as provide consultation, training, and support services to the Department of Correction to ensure best practice and compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act, for a term commencing on 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $140,000, payable at the rate of $200 per hour.
