DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 20-904 with Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C., a WBE firm, Syracuse, NY, be amended to provide for engineering services in connection with Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Dam Rehabilitation, Towns of Pound Ridge and Lewisboro, New York. The Consultant shall provide design services during construction consisting of shop drawing and submittal review, attendance at project meetings, periodic site visits and preparation of as-built drawings, for a fee of $153,900, increasing the total maximum fee to $331,800 with the completion date of the agreement to be extended to 12/31/27.
