Board of Legislators - Enter into an agreement with the North Elmsford Civic Association, Inc., to provide performing arts programs, scholarships, community programming and food pantry programming, for the period from 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not to exceed $58,380, with one-half due and payable upon full execution of the agreement, and one-half payable on or about 9/1/24.
