DPW/Transportation - Enter into an agreement with the firm of Arcadis of New York, Inc. , White Plains, NY, in connection with Program Management and Construction Advisory Services for various projects. The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services to assist Department personnel in managing the County's capital program and reduce the capital backlog, for a total compensation not to exceed $3,000,000, and that payment for this contract will be made from the various County capital project accounts for which the services are rendered as needed and as determined by the Department, commencing upon the Consultant's receipt of written notice from the Commissioner of the Department or his designee and that the completion date shall be 4/30/27. Approval of Nasco Construction Services Inc., a WBE firm, Armonk, NY; and JKMuir, a WBE firm, Rocky Hill, CT, as subconsultants.
