College - Amend a 1/11/24 Resolution to enter into an agreement with AI Engineers, Inc. dba Dolph Rotfeld Engineering, PC, for the provision of design services in connection with the Campus Wide Site Improvements, Area IV, Westchester Community College, Valhalla, New York, for a term commencing upon the Consultant''s receipt of written notice from the President, Westchester Community College, to commence services, with a completion date of 12/31/25, for an amount not-to-exceed $44,500, and is hereby amended 1) in order to: change the Consultants name from AI Engineers, Inc. dba Dolph Rotfeld Engineering, PC to AI Engineers, Inc., Dolph Rotfeld Engineering Division; and 2) delete the 'budget box' which, inter alia, provided the term of the agreement as being from 2/1/24 - 6/30/24, and replace it with the following budget box which reflects the correct term of 4/1/24 - 12/31/25.
