Planning - Enter into an agreement with Westchester Residential Opportunities, Inc., to provide a County-wide asset building/affirmative fair housing marketing and educational programs that will be in accordance with an agreed-upon scope of services, for a period beginning on 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, and the County shall pay WRO an amount not to exceed $37,072.
