Planning - Enter into an agreement with the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, for which the Village will perform improvements to the walkway on the West Side of Warburton Avenue between Spring and Villard Streets to benefit the low and moderate income residents in the area, for a term commencing 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, and that in consideration for performing said services, the County shall pay the Village a total amount not to exceed of $200,000 in Community Development Block Grant Program funding.
