County Attorney - Enter into a retainer agreement with the law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, for the provision of outside counsel legal services in connection with a dispute the County is having with Nuco Painting Corporation and its subcontractor, Unique Scaffolding Systems, under Department of Public Works & Transportation Contract No. 17-534, for a term commencing retroactive to 3/6/24 and continuing until the matter has been resolved, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.
