Social Services - Enter into an agreement with Nicole Hidalgo for foster care boarding services, according to the foster care rates established by the Department effective at the time of placement and as the same may be from time to time adjusted pursuant to the law, for a term commencing on 11/8/23 and continuing for an indefinite duration with either party having the right to terminate the agreement on thirty (30) days written notice.
