Health - Enter into an agreement with the Housing Trust Fund Corporation, a subsidiary of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, to accept a grant in the amount of $3,466,767 in New York State funds under the Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program, which funds will be used by the Department to identify and remediate lead paint hazards in high risk housing in the County, as well as provide training/education to property owners in safe abatement and remediation practices, for a two-year term commencing retroactive to 4/1/24 - 3/31/26.
