DPW/Transportation - Amend a 2/1/24 Resolution to amend Agreement No. 21-906 with Reed Hilderbrand LLC, in the matter of Planning Consulting Services in connection with Master Plan Development, Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center, Yorktown, New York, by providing additional planning consulting services, approving the use of five subconsultants, and extending the term of the agreement until 12/31/26, be and is hereby amended to authorize the County to execute an agreement consenting to the assignment of Agreement No. 21-906 from Reed Hilderbrand LLC to Reed Hilderbrand Landscape Architecture P.C., effective as of the date of execution of the assignment.
