10. 108541County Attorney - Renew a Commercial General Liability Insurance
package in the amount of $1,000,000 in Commercial General Liability
coverage ($2,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence) which
is subject to a $10,000 deductible, at a cost not to exceed $122,425, for
the policy period commencing 5/1/24 - 5/1/25, which will cover the dates
and polling sites of the primary and general elections currently identified
as follows: 1) primary election on 6/25/24, with early voting 6/15 - 6/24/24;
and 2) general election on 11/5/24, with early voting 10/26 - 11/3/24,
municipal elections in 2025, any additional or alternative election dates as
may become required, and including the day before, and the day after
each election to allow for set up and removal at each polling site, from
Lexington Insurance Company, through the brokerage firm of Marsh &
McLennan Company, Inc. d/b/a Marsh McLennan.

11. 108103Social Services - Enter into an agreement (DSS6048-24) with The
Children’s Village, Inc., to provide transitional living services for homeless
youth and youth aging out of foster care aged 17-21 to assist them in
achieving self-sufficiency and thereby, avoid long term dependency on
supportive services from the County of Westchester, for the period from
7/1/24 - 6/30/25, in an amount not to exceed $199,180.

12. 108397Social Services - Enter into an agreement (DSS3024-24) with
Providence House, Inc., to furnish services to provide and operate a
facility at 89 Sickles Avenue in New Rochelle that will provide temporary
assistance shelter for single, homeless females who are 18 to 40 years
old and who are pregnant and/or with a child who is 0 to 9 years old, and
to provide, or make referrals to, related services for such persons, for an
amount not-to-exceed $836,739, for the period from 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, with
the County having the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term for
up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods thereafter on the same terms
as the Initial Term, except that the following respective not-to-exceed
amounts will apply to each Option Term: 1.) Option Term #1 (4/1/25 -
3/31/26) $860,002; 2.) Option Term #2 (4/1/26 - 3/31/27) $883,925; 3.)
Option Term #3 (4/1/27 - 3/31/28) $908,529; and 4.) Option Term #4
(4/1/28 - 3/31/29) $933,832.
