Social Services - Amend an agreement with All County Bus, LLC, to provide transportation services for homeless pre-school and school-aged children for the regular school year, summer school, and school-related extracurricular activities year-round, in the amount of $6,292,388.16 for the initial term of two (2) years, commencing on 9/1/21, with the County having four (4) additional one (1) year options thereafter, with such options, if exercised, to be paid on the cost terms specified in the bid solicitation, by increasing by $216,201, its not-to-exceed amount for the first year of the initial term, from 9/1/21 - 8/31/22.
