Westchester County to meeting planners and their attendees, for a term  
commencing on 8/1/25 - 7/31/26, in an amount not to exceed $7,700.

111484 Social Services / Information Technology - Amend an agreement  
(DSS7025-A-22) with Accuity Asset Verification Services, Inc. (“AVS”),  
pursuant to which AVS agreed to provide bank clearances to ensure  
integrity in resource-based DSS cases, for an initial term commencing on  
10/1/22 - 9/30/25, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, payable at the  
rate of $4.74 per report, with three one-year options on the part of the  
County to renew the agreement, in order to exercise the first of its three  
one-year options and thereby: (i) extend the term of the agreement from  
10/1/25 - 9/30/26 (the “First Option Period”); (ii) increase the  
not-to-exceed amount authorized thereunder by an additional $50,000 for  
Services to be rendered during the First Option Period; and (iii) increase  
the rate payable per report for the First Option Period from $4.74 to  
$4.83, plus maintenance fees.

provide summer youth employment programs for economically  
disadvantaged youth pursuant to the New York State Temporary  
Assistance to Needy Families 2025 Summer Youth Employment

not-to-exceed amount of $1,043,888.

with the State University of New York, acting for and on behalf of the  
State University of New York College at Plattsburgh (“SUNY  
Plattsburgh”), pursuant to which the County shall participate in a  
supervised clinical education and instruction program for matriculated  
SUNY Plattsburgh students, for a term from 9/14/25 - 9/13/29, with each  
party having the right to sooner terminate the agreement, upon written  
notice.

apartments for transitional housing for homeless single persons and

111540 Senior Programs and Services - Enter into grant agreements with the  
New York State Office for the Aging to accept grant funds in the total  
aggregate amount not-to-exceed $4,083,796, and in the individual  
amounts set forth below, for the provision of various support services for  
the elderly under Titles III-B, III-C & the Nutrition Services Incentive  
Program , III-D, and III-E of the Older Americans, for a term commencing  
retroactive to 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, except for the grant agreement for NSIP,  
which will commence retroactive to 10/1/24 - 9/30/25.

Cabrera and Jennifer Streit, as Navigators to assist individuals and small  
businesses in applying for health insurance coverage through the  
Consumer Assistance for NY State of Health, New York’s Health Plan  
Marketplace, for the term 8/1/25 - 1/31/27, for a total aggregate  
not-to-exceed amount of $303,567.

111537 Health - Amend a 3/13/25 Resolution to enter into agreements with  
approved Related Services providers, pursuant to Section 4410, Part 200  
of the New York State Education Law, is hereby amended in order to add  
two new approved Related Services providers, Ascend Autism OT & SLP  
Services, PLLC, effective 9/1/25, and Boston Children’s Health  
Physicians, LLP, effective 10/1/25, to the list, subject to the same terms  
and conditions.

10. 111554 Health - Amend the agreement with the Tandym Group, LLC (“Tandym”),  
pursuant to which Tandym will provide the WCDH with per diem licensed  
and support staff positions for the WCDH Clinics, all positions as needed,  
for a term commencing retroactive to 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, payable at the  
stated contract rates, in order to add a temporary Medical Assistant  
position payable at the rate of $55 per hour; and to increase the  
not-to-exceed amount payable by $27,300 for a revised total amount not-  
to-exceed $77,300.

11. 111545 College - Enter into an agreement with Sunny Truck Driving School, Inc.,  
for the provision of NYS DMV Driver’s License, Commercial Driver’s  
License and Commercial Driver’s License with Endorsements training,  
including classroom instruction, practical behind the wheel experience  
and administration of practice written tests, for the period from 9/1/25 -  
6/30/28, with WEOC having the option to extend the contract for an  
additional two (2) year period and for such services, the Sunny School  
shall be paid an amount not-to-exceed $469,530.

12. 111472 Public Safety - Contract No. DPS DPS26-600 for Maintenance Service  
at the County of Westchester’s Firing Range, 2 Dana Road, Valhalla  
Campus, Valhalla, New York. Award to the Lowest Bidder, GIGI  
Environmental LLC, Middle Village, NY, in the amount of $514,200. (2  
bids)

13. 111519 Public Safety - 1) Amend an agreement with the New York State  
STOP-DWI Foundation pursuant to which the Foundation agreed to  
reimburse the County in an amount not-to-exceed $47,000 to run special  
enforcement details that will conduct high visibility road checks, saturation  
patrols, and drug recognition expert call outs, for a term commencing on  
10/1/24 - 9/30/25, by increasing the amount thereunder by an additional  
$7,500, for a new not to exceed amount of $54,500. 2) Amend a  
resolution approved on 11/7/24 to enter into agreements with one or more  
Westchester County municipal corporations, through their respective  
police departments, to implement the provisions of the reimbursement  
agreement by running special enforcement details that will conduct high  
visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug recognition expert call  
outs, for a term commencing on 10/1/24 - 9/30/25, by increasing the  
amount thereunder by an additional $7,500, to a new not to exceed  
amount of $54,500.

14. 111529 DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 22-911, with Creighton  
Manning Engineering, LLP, Albany, NY, in order to provide additional  
Project Management Services for Various Road and Bridge  
Reconstruction Projects and to change the name of the Consultant from  
Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP to Creighton Manning Engineering  
& Surveying PLLC. The Consultant shall provide project management  
services to assist Department personnel in managing the capital program  
and reducing the backlog of capital projects awaiting completion and for  
the additional services rendered, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of  
$3,000,000 bringing the total fee under the agreement, plus amendment  
to $6,000,000, for which the completion date of the agreement shall be  
extended retroactively from 7/31/25 - 7/31/27.

15. 111530 DPW/Transportation - 1) Renew Contract No. 22-205 with Milcon  
Construction Corp., West Babylon, NY to provide Roofing Repairs and  
Services at DPW Maintained Facilities, Westchester County, New York  
and extend the termination date of the agreement from 12/31/25 to  
12/31/27; and 2) increase the amount of the agreement by $182,500 from  
an amount of $273,750, to a new amount not to exceed $456,250.

16. 111532 DPW/Transportation - 1) Renew option for Contract No. 22-202 with  
Dola Electric Co. Inc., Bronx, NY, to provide a Service Contract for  
Electrical Repairs, Various Locations, Westchester County, New York and  
extend the termination date of the agreement from 12/31/25 to 12/31/27;  
and 2) increase the amount by $95,250 from an amount of $142,875, to a  
new amount not to exceed $238,125.

17. 111534 DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 22-916 with Princeton  
Hydro Engineering, P.C. Trenton, NJ, be amended to provide additional  
Ecological Consulting Services for Various Projects. The Consultant shall  
provide ecological consulting services to assist Department personnel in  
the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of  
various projects and for the additional services rendered, the Consultant  
shall be paid a fee of $2,000,000, bringing the total agreement plus  
amendment to $4,000,000 for which the completion date of the  
agreement shall be extended retroactively from 7/31/25 - 7/31/27.

20. 111586 DPW/Transportation - Enter into a Temporary Access Permit (the  
“Permit”) with Biggest Fish Westchester, LLC (the “Owner”), pursuant to  
which the Owner will allow the County and its contractors to enter upon its  
properties located at 230 and 224 White Plains Road in Tuckahoe, to  
conduct a Phase I Environmental Audit, for a term commencing on  
8/11/25 - 9/5/25 and in consideration for granting the Permit, the County  
will pay the Owner the sum of One ($1.00) dollar. In addition, the County  
will agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Owner harmless from any  
damages incurred in connection with its inspection of the Premises.
