10. 114007Social Services - Amend Agreement DSS6017-26 with Westchester
Institute for Human Development, Inc. for comprehensive multidisciplinary
assessment services at the Children’s Advocacy Center of potential child
victims, in order to (i) extend the term for a period from 1/1/2026 -
12/31/2026, and (ii) by increasing the not to exceed amount by $3,000,
for a aggregate total not to exceed amount of $1,030,194.

11. 114009Social Services - (i) To enter into an agreement with the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development in order to accept a
grant under the Continuum of Care Homestead Program in the amount of
$832,477 for the period from 6/1/2026-5/31/2027; and (ii) enter into an
agreement with Family Service Society of Yonkers, Inc., in an amount not
to exceed $815,037, for housing and supportive services for physically
disabled homeless adults pursuant to the Continuum of Care Homestead
Program, for the period from 6/1/2026 - 5/31/2027.

12. 114033Community Mental Health - Further amend an agreement with Mental
Health Empowerment Project, Inc., for the provision of workforce/peer
training services, in order to add Friends of Recovery Westchester Inc. as
an approved subcontractor to provide Workforce/Peer training services
during the last renewal term, commencing on 1/1/2026 and expiring on
12/31/2026

13. 114037Community Mental Health - Enter into an agreement with Mental Health
Empowerment Project, Inc. to assist in co-facilitating the Fresh Start
program with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, by
providing a 3-hour criminal justice diversion program to low-level first time
offenders, focusing on rehabilitation instead of incarceration for a term
commencing retroactively on 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 for a total amount not
to exceed $40,000.
