shall reimburse the Village/Town an amount not to exceed $200,000 in

for an amount not to exceed $116,177, for a term commencing on  
11/1/25 - 5/30/26.

Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc. (“WJCS”), for the provision  
of In-Home Contact & Support-Project Time Out services to County  
residents 60 years or older, who are isolated because of physical and/or  
cognitive limitations in accordance with the Expanded In-Home Services  
for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing retroactively on 4/1/25 -  
3/31/26, in an amount not to exceed $96,601 in state funds, payable at  
negotiated rates with WJCS.

Wartburg Home of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, to provide social  
adult day services to Westchester County residents 60 years or older,  
who are isolated because of physical and/or cognitive limitations in

Program, for a term commencing retroactively on 4/1/25 - 3/31/26, in an  
amount not-to-exceed $120,000, comprised of $90,000 in state funds and  
$30,000 in County tax dollars.

Westchester Public/Private Membership Fund for Aging Services, Inc.  
(the “WPPMF”), pursuant to which the WPPMF shall provide Public

3/31/26, in an amount not-to-exceed $195,000, payable with Unmet Need  
New York State grant funds.

112322 Health - 1) Enter into a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with  
Hayom Lasosum II LLC, the Participant and Exclusive Testing Labs Inc.,  
the Contractor, pursuant to which the Contractor will perform lead  
remediation services on Participant’s property located at 49 Victor Street,  
Apt. B, Yonkers, NY 10701, in accordance the New York State Leading in  
Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon execution of the  
agreement between all parties through March 31st, 2026 in an amount  
not-to-exceed $40,000; and 2) enter into a Local Program Administrator  
Agreement with the Participant, pursuant to which the County will provide  
an amount not-to-exceed $40,000 to assist the Participant with the direct  
costs of lead remediation to be performed on Participant’s property, as  
well as any eligible related costs, including tenant relocation costs, in  
exchange for which the Participant will execute a Declaration of Interest  
which will be secured as a recorded lien on the property.

274 Fulton Avenue, 1st and 2nd Floor, Mt. Vernon, NY 10552 in  
accordance the New York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot  
Program for the period from period upon execution of the agreement  
between all parties through March 31st, 2026 in an amount not-to-exceed  
$80,000; 2) enter into a Local Program Administrator Agreement with the  
Participant, pursuant to which the County will provide an amount  
not-to-exceed $80,000 to assist the Participant with the direct costs of  
lead remediation to be performed on Participant’s property, as well as any

Community Mental Health - 1.) Enter into an agreement with Meadows  
Mental Health Policy Institute for Texas to accept a grant in the amount of  
$220,000, for a term commencing retroactively on 6/20/25 - 3/31/27, in  
order to expand training for clinicians on a treatment model known as  
“Encompass,” an evidence-based, integrated mental health and  
substance treatment for adolescents and young adults substance use  
disorders and co-occurring mental health problems; and 2.) enter into  
agreements the entities listed to provide evidence-based, integrated  
mental health and substance treatment for adolescents and young adults,  
for a term commencing retroactively on 6/20/25 - 3/31/27 and an  
aggregate not to exceed amount of $200,000.

11. 112273 Community Mental Health - Amend the agreement with Westchester  
County Health Care Corporation (“WCHCC”), for the provision of  
community mental health services, including clinic treatment and  
assertive community treatment services to adults with serious mental  
illness, for a term from 1/1/22 - 12/31/26, and a total amount  
not-to-exceed $1,142,997, in order to: (i) modify the scope of services  
under the agreement to add additional employment related community  
mental health services, in accordance with New York State Office of  
Mental Health’s Intensive Placement and Support Employment Initiative  
(“IPS Initiative”) program (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount under the  
agreement by $244,858, from an amount not-to-exceed $1,142,997 to an  
amount not-to-exceed $1,387,855, in order to pay for the additional  
services, and (iii) modify the budget in the agreement in order to allocate  
the additional funds that will be used to pay for the additional services.

retroactively on 10/1/25 - 9/30/28.

18. 112226 Public Safety - Amend a 6/5/25 Resolution to enter into an agreement  
with Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, pursuant to which the  
Consultant shall allow certified bomb technicians to participate in  
Consultant’s Advanced Ordnance Recognition for Law Enforcement  
course, for a term commencing 9/1/25 - 1/31/26, for an amount not to  
exceed $78,380, is hereby amended to extend the term of the agreement  
through 8/31/26.

STOP-DWI Foundation, Inc., pursuant to which the Foundation will  
reimburse the County in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000 to run special

patrols, and drug recognition expert call outs, for a term commencing on  
10/1/25 - 9/30/26; and 2) enter into agreements with one or more  
Westchester County municipal corporations, through their respective  
police departments, to implement the provisions of the reimbursement  
agreement by running special enforcement details that will conduct high  
visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug recognition expert call  
outs, for the period from 10/1/25 - 9/30/26, in a total aggregate amount  
not-to-exceed $50,000.

Consultant shall provide preliminary design services associated with this  
project, for a total compensation of $1,573,861 and that the agreement  
shall commence upon the Consultant's receipt of written notice from the  
Commissioner of the Department or his designee and that the completion  
date shall be 12/31/30. Approval of the nine (9) listed subconsultants.

construction and construction administration services associated with this  
project and for the additional services rendered, the Consultant shall be

Mott MacDonald NY Inc., Tarrytown, NY, for engineering services  
associated with Terminal Building Emergency Generator, Westchester

Brook, New York. The Consultant shall provide design services  
associated with this project and for services rendered in accordance with  
the Consultant’s proposal, a total compensation of $650,000, shall be

designee and that the completion date shall be 12/31/30. Approval of
