Gabmar Realty Corp. and Lead Professionals Inc., pursuant to which the  
Contractor will perform lead remediation services on the property located

York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon  
execution of the agreement between all parties through 3/31/2027 in an  
amount not to exceed $40,000; and (ii) enter into a Local Program  
Administrator Agreement with the Participant, to provide an amount not to  
exceed $40,000 to assist with the direct costs of lead remediation to be  
performed on the property, as well as any eligible related costs, in  
exchange for a Declaration of Interest secured as a recorded lien on the  
property.

Collins.

Homeland Security and Emergency Services of the State of New York for  
an amount not to exceed $227,272 of funding from the Federal  
Department of Homeland Security’s FY2023 Bomb Squad Initiative Grant  
Program for the purchase of Bomb Squad equipment, supplies and  
training to be used by the Department’s Hazardous Devices Unit and  
certified bomb technicians for the term commencing 4/1/2026 -  
8/31/2027.

over the Bronx River, Town of Greenburgh and City of White Plains, New  
York to the low bidder Montesano Bros. Inc., in order to correct the Bridge
