Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the replacement, expansion and evolution of  
the County’s public safety Voice Radio Communications Systems to: (i)  
amend the scope of work for Stages 1 and 2 to replace and expand the  
existing MIP5000 console system, (ii) substitute the Montrose Station  
Road Site for the Montrose VA Hospital Site, (iii) exercise the Montrose  
Station Road Option, and (iv) increase the not to exceed amount for  
Stages 1 and 2 by $2,548,250 for an aggregate total amount not to  
exceed $51,921,512.61.

background screenings of applicants for, and recipients of, various social

6/1/2026-5/31/2029; and (ii) enter into agreements with Lexis ‘affiliates’  
as may be required by LexisNexis as part of its provision of the Services.

Broadway, Yonkers, NY to Carter Lard dba Carter Lard Consulting for the  
entity to operate single room occupancy residences, double room  
occupancy residences, an emergency shelter, and related services for  
individuals deemed eligible by social services for the period from  
9/1/2026-2/29/2026, for which the County will pay an amount not to  
exceed $1,674,787.68.

4/24/2025, which together authorized the County to enter into an  
agreements twenty-two (22) training providers for vocational training  
services to adults, dislocated workers, and youth pursuant to Title I of the  
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 in order to (i)  
increasing the not to exceed amount by an additional $1,384,796 for an  
aggregate total not to exceed amount of $3,510,500, (ii) adding two  
additional vendors, and (iii) correcting the vendor name of a previously  
authorized vendor.
