Boiler & Machinery Insurance for Hangars A, C-2, D, E and G at

Westchester County Airport with the New York Municipal Insurance

Reciprocal through the brokerage firm, Brown & Brown of NY, Inc. dba

Brown & Brown Hudson Valley, for the period 6/1/2026- 6/1/2027 in an

amount not to exceed $362,545.93.

Luis Eusebio-Medrano, the Participant and Altavista Lead Improvement,

Inc., the Contractor to perform lead remediation services on Participant’s

property located at 54 St. Andrews Place, Apt. 2, Yonkers, NY in

accordance the New York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot

Program for the period upon execution of the agreement through

3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $40,000; (ii) Enter into a Local

Program Administrator Agreement with the Participant, pursuant to which

the County will provide an amount not to exceed $40,000 to assist the

Participant with the direct costs of lead remediation to be performed on

Participant’s property, as well as any eligible related costs, in exchange

for a Declaration of Interest secured as a recorded lien on the property.

Vernon, NY in accordance the New York State Leading in Lead

Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon execution of the agreement

through 3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $90,000; and (ii) enter into

a Local Program Administrator Agreement with the Participant to provide

an amount not to exceed $90,000 to assist with the direct costs of lead

remediation, as well as any eligible related costs, in exchange for a

Declaration of Interest secured as a recorded lien on the property.

three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with Cache LLC, the

Participant, and Reset Renovation Partners, LLC, the Contractor, to

perform lead remediation services on Participant’s property located at

139 Oak Street, Apt. 3B, Yonkers, NY, in order to change the Contractor

from Reset Renovation Partners, LLC, to Lead Professionals, Inc.

amended on 5/28/2026 authorizing a three-party Lead Remediation

Agreement with 160 Buena Vista LLC, the Participant, and AltaVista Lead

perform lead remediation services on Participant’s property located at

160 Buena Vista Avenue, Apt 2, Yonkers, NY, in order to change the

Contractor from AltaVista Lead Improvement Inc., to Lead Professionals

Inc.

dba Westchester EMS to provide both advanced life support certified and

trained staff and equipment on standby 24/7 and be ready to transport

individuals who have been exposed to the Hantavirus currently in

be needed for the period beginning 6/1/2026 - 6/21/2026, in an amount

not to exceed $147,000, to be paid at the conclusion of the period.
