109910 Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with DOROT,
Inc. (“DOROT”), pursuant to which DOROT will provide ‘In-Home Contact
& Support Services’ (not ‘Consumer Directed’) to elderly persons 60
years or older residing in Westchester County, in accordance with Title III,
Part B, section 321(a)(5) of the Older Americans Act, as previously
amended, and its implementing regulations, 45 CFR Part 1321 et seq., as
they may be amended from time to time, for an amount not-to-exceed
$48,516, payable on a unit cost basis for the Services actually provided
and for which data is entered into the New York State Office For the
Aging’s PeerPlace System, for the period from 1/1/24 - 12/31/24 and
DOROT will be required to contribute $5,392 in matching funds to the
Services.

109838 Corrections - Enter into an agreement with Upon This Rock Ministries,
pursuant to which the Contractor will provide a re-entry program called
“The Family Restoration Project” for individuals who are incarcerated at
the Westchester County Jail and who are leaving prison and returning
home, for a term commencing on 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, in an amount
not-to-exceed $40,000.

(“LeoTech”), pursuant to which LeoTech will license to the County its
VERUS software solution and provide supporting professional services to
assist the Department with management of its inmate
telecommunications system, for a fifteen (15) month term commencing on
1/1/25 - 3/31/26, for a total amount not-to-exceed $399,726, payable at
the rate of five ($.05) cents per minute for a total of 8,565,525 minutes.

LLC, pursuant to which Precise Translations will provide foreign language
interpretation and translation services for the Westchester County District
Attorney's Office, for the period from 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an amount not

Services Corporation (“SAS”) pursuant to which SAS will provide the
educational program Reduce Our Adolescents’ Drinking, Drugging and
Driving, the Westchester Youth Task Force and other related programs
and services in selected high schools throughout Westchester County, for
a term commencing on 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an amount not to exceed
$400,000, payable in accordance with an approved payment schedule.
