10. 112440Community Mental Health - Amend an agreement with Friends of
Recovery Westchester Inc., for the provision of addiction and opioid use
disorder services within identified service program priority areas which
services include treatment, prevention, recovery, harm reduction and
workforce issues and training, for the period 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an
amount not to exceed $250,000, in order for the County to exercise the
first of its two (2) options to extend the term thereof by one year,
commencing on 1/1/26 - 12/31/26; and the County is authorized to
increase the total not-to-exceed amount under the Agreement by
$250,000, to a new total amount not-to-exceed $500,000.

11. 112460Community Mental Health - Amend nine agreements with the eight
entities noted for the continued provision of addiction and opioid use
disorder services including treatment, prevention, harm reduction and
workforce issues, in order for the County to exercise the second and last
option to extend the term of each agreement for one additional year,
commencing on 1/1/26 - 12/31/26 and to increase the total aggregate
not-to-exceed amount by $1,592,445, from a total aggregate
not-to-exceed amount of $4,385,729, to a new total aggregate
not-to-exceed amount of $5,978,174.

12. 112441Health - Enter into an agreement with Laboratory Corporation of America
Holdings to provide various laboratory testing services for clinic patients
of the WCDH’s Tuberculosis (“TB”) and Sexually Transmitted Infections
(“STIs”) programs, for the period from 12/1/25 - 11/30/30, in the total
not-to-exceed amount of $400,000, payable per the test rates in Schedule
A.

13. 112414Probation - Enter into a grant agreement with the New York State Office
of Children and Family Services (“OCFS”), to accept grant funds in an
amount not to exceed $1,293,672 under the OCFS’s Supervision and
Treatment Services for Juveniles Program (“STSJP”), to be used for the
development and provision of programs that meet the needs of local
youth at risk of entering, or are involved in, their juvenile justice system,
for a term commencing retroactively on 10/1/25 - 9/30/26.
