shall be paid an amount not to exceed $43,752, half due and payable  
upon contract execution and half due and payable on or about 10/1/23.

102815 Planning - Enter into an agreement with the Town of Cortlandt, to  
conduct an in kind replacement of the playground equipment and add a  
walking path at the Cortlandt Waterfront Park in the Town that will benefit  
the low and moderate income residents in the area, for a term  
commencing on 9/1/23 - 8/30/24, for a not to exceed amount of $200,000  
in Community Development Block Grant Program funding.

103088 Social Services - Amend a grant agreement with the New York State  
Office of Children and Family Services to accept a grant in the amount of  
$120,000, for which the County will hire two full time Family Peer  
Advocates to staff the Mobile Crisis Response Program, from 5/1/22 -  
4/30/23, in order to: 1) extend the termination to a new termination date of  
4/30/24 (DSS6044-A-22; the “First Amendment”) and; 2) enter into an  
agreement with Family Ties of Westchester, Inc. for the Parent to Parent  
Mobile Stabilization and Mediation Program to implement the County  
work plan under the Grant, in an amount not to exceed $120,000, from  
5/1/23 - 4/30/24 and, all other terms and conditions of the Grant  
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

of Children and Family Services, to accept a grant in the amount of  
$200,000 for the hiring of essential staff to implement and operate the  
County’s Mobile Crises Response Program, from 1/1/22 - 12/31/22, in  
order to extend the termination date to 3/31/24. (DSS6043-A-22; the  
“First Amendment”)

102850 Senior Programs and Services - a) Amend a resolution approved on  
9/1/22 to enter into an agreement with Family Service Society of Yonkers  
to provide Family Caregiver Support Services under Title III-E of the  
Older Americans Act, as amended, and its implementing regulations, for  
the period commencing on 5/1/22 - 12/31/22, in an amount not-to-exceed  
$31,170 in federal funds in order to correct and reflect that each  
additional one-year period is an Extension Term; and b) amend an  
agreement with Family Service Society of Yonkers for the provision of the  
aforementioned services in order to exercise the first of four additional  
one-year periods in order to extend the term of the agreement, for the  
period commencing retroactively on 1/1/23 - 12/31/23, in an amount  
not-to-exceed $45,100 in federal funds.

102852 Senior Programs and Services - Amend grant agreements with the  
State of New York, acting by and through its New York State Office for  
the Aging, for the following programs: the Community Services for the  
Elderly Program (“CSE”), the Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly  
Program (“EISEP”), the UNMET Need Program (“UNMET NEED”), the  
Wellness in Nutrition Program (“WIN”), and the Nutrition Service Incentive  
Program (“NSIP”), in order to: (i) retroactively reduce the funding amount  
allocated for the combined WIN/NSIP Grant Agreements from $1,301,964  
to $1,182,964, in order to correct a clerical error; (ii) retroactively  
increase funding under the CSE Grant Agreement by $44,951, in order to  
reflect a previous funding increase thereunder, (iii) retroactively increase  
funding under the CSE Grant Agreement by $197,620, under the EISEP  
Grant Agreement by $19,270, under the combined WIN/NSIP Grant  
Agreements by $229,813, and (iv) retroactively extend the term of the  
EISEP and UNMET NEED Grant Agreements from 4/1/23 - 12/31/23.

10. 102853 Senior Programs and Services - Amend a 6/30/22 resolution to enter  
into agreements with the agencies listed in Schedule “A”, to provide  
homemaker and housekeeper services, with the option to provide  
consumer directed in-home services, to frail, homebound County seniors  
under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, for a  
period commencing retroactive to 4/1/22 - 3/31/23, for a total aggregate  
amount not-to-exceed $2,242,099.50 for all Contractors providing the  
Programs, comprised of $1,681,572.50 in State funds and $560,527 in  
County tax dollars, is hereby amended in order to retroactively increase  
the State funds by $169,270 from $1,681,572.50 to $1,850,842.50 and  
County tax dollars by $50,000 from $560,527 to $610,527, thereby  
increasing the total aggregate not-to-exceed amount authorized under the  
6/30/22 Resolution for all Contractors providing the Programs by  
$219,270, from $2,242,099.50 to $2,461,369.50.

Westchester County Procurement Policy and Procedures, to exempt from  
procurement an agreement with John Gaccione to serve as a consultant  
to the Office of Weight and Measures - Consumer Protection, for a term  
commencing on 7/1/23 - 6/30/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $35,000,  
payable at the rate of $90.00 per hour.

with the New York State Office of Mental Health, in order to accept grant  
funds in the amount of $474,418 for the period commencing retroactively  
on 9/1/21 - 8/31/23, for which the Department will provide the allowable  
services in support of Projects for Assistance in Transition from  
Homelessness (“PATH”) for persons who are affected by mental health  
disabilities and co-occurring substance abuse disorders and who are  
experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness.

agreement with Westchester Barber Academy, Inc., for the provision of  
providing an introduction barber training program to Westchester County  
Department of Correction inmates at the Department’s facilities located in  
Valhalla, New York, for a term commencing on 10/1/23 - 3/31/24, for an  
amount not to exceed $16,050.

15. 103091 District Attorney - Enter into an agreement with Allie Meizlish, Pllc for  
the provision of consulting services in connection with the creation of  
programs in order to improve public safety by reducing reoffending, to  
connect offenders with needed services like drug treatment that will  
stabilize their behavior, to create more efficient allocation of scarce law  
enforcement resources that will allow the DA’s office to focus on the most  
serious and harmful crimes, and to increase public trust and perceptions  
of the legitimacy of government, for the period commencing on 9/14/23 -  
9/13/24, in an amount not to exceed $132,000, with the County having  
the sole option to extend the agreement for an additional period of one  
year.

Cooperation and Maintenance Agreement with the State of New York,  
acting by and through the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and  
Historic Preservation and the Jay Heritage Center (“JHC”), a not-for-profit  
educational corporation located in Rye, New York, for the development,  
management, operation, maintenance, security and administration of the  
Jay Property by JHC for park and recreational uses, in order for the  
County to exercise its option to renew the term of the agreement for an  
additional ten (10) years term and modify some of the JHC maintenance  
responsibilities.

MacDonald NY, Inc. Tarrytown, in connection with Engineering Services  
for the Rehabilitation of North Division Street/South Street (C.R. #63II)  
and East Main Street/West Main Street (C.R. #25/25I), City of Peekskill,  
New York. The Consultant shall provide design and construction  
administration services associated with this project, for a total  
compensation of $531,500 and that the agreement shall commence upon  
the Consultant's receipt of written notice from the Commissioner of Public  
Works and Transportation or his designee and that the completion date  
shall be 12/31/28. Approval of Advance Testing Company, Inc.,

sixteenth phase of the project, including without limitation traffic safety  
programs, such as, occupant restraint safety, safe driving,
