$60,000, to increase the amount by $15,000, to a new total aggregate

Center, to provide targeted community healthcare outreach services to

$53,500, to be paid half upon execution of the agreement and half on or  
about 10/1/23.

agreement with Caring for the Hungry and Homeless of Peekskill, Inc. to  
provide the Fred’s Pantry Program, which gives healthy food two days per  
week to people in need at its facility in Peekskill, for the term 1/1/23 -  
12/31/23, in an amount not to exceed $80,250, in order to change the  
name of the organization to Caring for the Homeless of Peekskill, Inc.  
d/b/a Caring for the Hungry and Homeless of Peekskill.

the Emergency Solutions Grant COVID-19 program, for eviction  
prevention services to very low income households who live in  
Westchester County, in order to change the contract period from 10/1/21

agreement from $171,721 to $277,888.11, an increase of $106,167.11.

terminate the agreement upon written notice.

at the Grasslands Shelter at 25 Operations Drive, Valhalla Campus,  
Valhalla, New York 10595, by changing the contract commencement date  
from 10/1/23 to 1/1/24 and changing the DSS Contract Number from  
Contract No. DSS 3036-23, to Contract No. DSS-3000-24.

10. 103320 College - Enter into an affiliation agreement with Taconic MSO, LCC  
d/b/a Taconic Veterinary Center for supervised laboratory/clinical  
education and instruction for matriculated College students in the  
Veterinary Technology Program, for a term commencing on or about  
10/1/23 and continuing in full force and effect unless terminated by either  
party upon written notice, with no cost to the College.

11. 102996 Public Safety - 1) Further amend an agreement with the New York State  
STOP-DWI Foundation, for which the Foundation agreed to reimburse  
the County in an amount not-to-exceed $61,000 to run special  
enforcement details to conduct high visibility road checks, saturation  
patrols, and drug recognition expert call outs, for a term commencing on  
10/1/22 - 9/30/23, in order to increase the amount by an additional  
$20,000, to a new amount of $81,000; and 2) Amend a resolution  
approved on 10/13/22 which, inter alia, authorized the County to enter  
into agreements with one or more Westchester County municipal  
corporations, through their respective police departments, to implement  
the provisions of the New York State STOP-DWI Foundation’s  
reimbursement agreement by running special enforcement details to  
conduct high visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug  
recognition expert call outs, from 10/1/22 - 9/30/23, in a total aggregate  
amount not-to-exceed $41,000, in order to increase the amount by an  
additional $40,000, to a new amount of $81,000.

12. 103301 Parks - Amend the 3/5/23 license agreement with the Consolidated  
Edison Company of New York, Inc., NYC, for the use of an area of Bronx  
Street and the Bronx River Reservation for the in-kind replacement of an  
existing Con Edison gas main located underground in Bronx Street and  
on Westchester County property that ties into an existing Tennessee Gas  
Transmission Pipeline also located on County property including a portion  
of the parking lot at the Westchester County Center for use as a staging  
area, in order to revise the licensed area to accommodate a change in  
plan to bypass the culvert and go under an existing stream.

Conduent Transport Solutions, Inc., for the implementation of a  
computer-aided dispatch and automatic vehicle location system for the  
County’s Bee-Line Bus System, in order to reflect that the fee is being  
increased by $493,939, to a new amount not to exceed $14,816,177.21.

Procurement Policy and Procedures, to exempt from procurement an  
agreement with GHD Consulting Services Inc. for the provision of  
reviewing available funding programs, at the County’s direction for  
compatibility with as many as four projects, and bringing funding  
opportunities to the County’s attention for consideration.
