20204 Presidential Election, by agreeing: “the County of Westchester  
agrees that, except for the amount, if any, of damage contributed to,  
caused by or resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of the Facility  
Owner, the County shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Facility  
Owner from any and all liability loss, claims, or actions, (including costs  
and reasonable attorneys' fees) for bodily injury, or damage to property,  
to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the  
County’s use of the facility to conduct local registration days for the  
upcoming 2024 Presidential Election.”

109725 County Attorney - Amend an agreement with The Legal Aid Society of  
Westchester County, in order to increase the not to exceed amount  
pursuant to Paragraph 7(b) of the agreement by $3,027,117.80, from a  
not to exceed amount of $2,200,000, to a new not to exceed amount of  
$5,227,117.80 for services performed in connection with NYS Office of  
Indigent Legal Services Distribution No. 11.

of Westchester, Inc., to provide homeless and eviction prevention  
services to very low income households residing within the Westchester  
Urban County Consortium and/or in municipalities that do not receive  
their own ESG funds, for the period from 2/1/23 - 8/31/24, in an amount  
not-to-exceed $225,000, in order to change the expiration date from  
8/31/24 to 9/27/24.

Young Women’s Christian Association of Yonkers, to provide services to  
provide and operate an emergency overnight shelter at 10 Saint Casimir  
Avenue in the city of Yonkers, for up to sixty (60) single adult male  
individuals, with said facility also providing a day program for such  
individuals, and also provide services to transport additional persons,  
beyond the capacity of 10 Saint Casimir Avenue and other County  
emergency overnight shelters, to space at Operations Drive in Valhalla  
and operate an emergency overnight shelter at that location as needed,  
for up to thirty-five (35) single adult male individuals, for the period from  
7/1/24 - 6/30/25, for an amount not-to-exceed $2,434,099.

provide housing and supportive services for physically disabled homeless  
adults pursuant to HUD’s Continuum of Care Homestead Program, for  
the period from 6/1/24 - 5/31/25.

the provision of consulting services in connection with the creation of  
programs that will help reduce reoffending by connecting offenders with

Brownfield Cleanup agreement involving Westchester County Airport, be  
further amended in order to exercise the County’s option to renew the  
agreement for an additional five (5) years from 7/1/24 - 6/30/29 and for  
the services rendered, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of $70,000,  
additional increasing the total maximum fee to $605,000.
