114153 County Attorney - Exercise the 1st, 1-year renewal option under the

Agreements with the Law Firms of Kaplan Kirsch, LLP and The Wicks

Group, PLLC to provide “Of Counsel” legal services for various matters

affecting the Westchester County Airport, amending both agreements to

extend the term through 7/31/2027 and increase the not to exceed

amounts to pay for services rendered during the extended term.

and through its Department of Social Services, is hereby authorized to

amend an agreement with Westchester Community Opportunity Program,

Inc. (“WestCOP”), to operate a drop in emergency center known as the

Oasis Annex for up to forty (40) women at 22 East First Street in Mount

Vernon, New York (the “Facility”), for the term February 1, 2025 through

January 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $710,200, payable

pursuant to an approved budget, in order to (a) amend the agreement to

incorporate applicable requirements of the New York State Social

Services Law and Title 18 of the NYCRR governing the operation of

emergency homeless shelters, ensuring compliance with State statues,

regulations and program requirements, including, but not limited to 18

NYCRR Part 304.1, and (b) increase the Agreement’s not-to-exceed

amount by $70,000 from $710,200 to a new total amount not-to-exceed

$780,200, in order to pay for additional expenses incurred in connection

with maintenance and repairs associated with the Code Blue emergency

drop in center located at 22 East First Street, Mount Vernon, New York.

Systems LLC for the design, configuration, integration, testing, training,

and deployment of its artificial-intelligence-based 'Eligibility Verification

12/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $656,566.

homemaker and housekeeper services, with Contractors having the

option to provide consumer-directed in-home services to frail, homebound

seniors under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program,

for a term commencing retroactively on 4/1/2026 - 3/31/2027 for

$1,866,826 in State funds and $604,644 in County tax dollars for an

aggregate total amount not to exceed $2,471,470.

an agreement to provide mental/behavioral health covered services to

07006 in the amount of $1,387,232. Approval of five listed

through Westchester Community College (“College”), is hereby

authorized to enter into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with Gideon

Taylor Consulting LLC (the “Contractor” or “GT”), whereby GT will provide

software platform’s viability to support the College’s ERP/PeopleSoft

environment, for a total amount not to exceed $240,341.00, payable in

accordance with an approved budget for the term commencing

retroactively on August 1, 2026 and continuing through July 31, 2027; and

Services to accept $302,413 under the Gun Involved Violence Elimination

initiative, for the term 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027, and (ii) enter into an

serve as an Anti-Violence Coordinator and oversee the implementation of

the program’s goals and initiatives, in an amount not to exceed $85,000
