Family Representation Office, for the period 10/1/19 - 9/30/23, for an  
amount not to exceed $2,610,417, in order to extend the term of the  
Grant Agreement by one (1) year, for a new termination date of 9/30/24;  
and 2) amend an agreement with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley to  
provide legal representation to parents in child protective proceedings  
under New York Family Court Act, Article 10, and termination of parental  
rights proceedings to improve the quality of services provided under  
Article 18-B, for the 10/1/19 - 9/30/23, for an amount not to exceed  
$2,610,417, in order to extend the term of the agreement by one (1) year,  
for a new termination date of 9/30/24.

101178 Board of Legislators - Enter into an agreement with Westchester  
Children’s Association, Inc. (“WCA”), for which WCA will, among other  
things, convene workshops and educational events with key leaders and  
decision makers to further analyze existing mental health issues of school  
aged children, review and report on the findings from an Invest in Kids  
pilot program and educate the community on the social and emotional  
health of children and actionable steps to repair damage on children’s  
mental health brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and long-lasting  
inequities, from 1/1/23 - 12/31/23, for an amount not to exceed $57,000,  
payable half upon execution of the agreement and half on or about  
9/1/23.

Firm, Inc. (“TSF”), for Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”)  
radio frequency licensing services for multiple transmitter locations in the  
Ultra-High Frequency (“UHF”) and Very-High-Frequency (“VHF”) bands,  
for a term of four (4) years, commencing upon execution of the  
agreement by both parties, for a total amount not to exceed $20,000,  
payable at a rate of $180 per hour ($250 for in depth regulatory  
consultation services). Approval of Fox Ridge Communications, Inc.,  
Gettysburg, PA, as a subconsultant.

Handicapped, Inc., for which Freedom Gardens agreed to renovate an  
existing two-bedroom rental apartment (“Unit #8”) located at 1680

5/31/23, for an amount not-to-exceed $255,485 in CDBG funding, in order  
to change the expiration date from 5/31/23 to 12/31/23.

network services and related services in connection with the College’s  
benefit plans for employees and retirees, by extending the term of the

is hereby modified by inserting a new second ‘RESOLVED’ clause, in  
between the existing first and second ‘RESOLVED’ clauses, with the new  
second ‘RESOLVED’ clause reading as follows: “RESOLVED, that the  
total amount payable to UMR, Inc. for the services being provided during  
the full term of the agreement is hereby authorized to be increased by  
$1,200,000, to a new total amount not-to-exceed $2,780,000.

the United States Secret Service for the County to participate in the  
Electronic Crimes Task Force, commencing upon full execution of the  
MOU and terminable at any time upon mutual consent of the parties or  
unilaterally upon thirty (30) days written notice from the terminating party  
to the other party, at no cost to the County.

engineering services in connection with Water and Electric Service  
Upgrades, George’s Island Park, Town of Cortlandt, New York. The  
Consultant shall provide construction administration services associated  
with this project, and that for the additional services rendered in  
accordance with the Consultant’s proposal, D&B Engineers and  
Architects, P.C., shall be paid a fee of $100,000, increasing the total  
maximum fee to $285,125, with the completion date of the agreement to  
be extended to 12/31/26.
