certain instance deliver only tri-band antennas, and perform necessary  
FCC licensing services, on municipal police department headquarters and  
County-owned buildings for a not to exceed amount of $353,934.97, for a  
term commencing upon execution and expiring one year thereafter with  
the County having the option to extend the term up to an additional  
thirty-six (36) months upon the same terms, conditions and prices set  
forth in the agreement and upon the County sending written notice to

low/moderate income households within the 2020 Urban County  
Consortium membership. The total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of

$78,540, for the period 3/15/24 - 3/14/25. The work will include, but not  
be limited to, repairing deteriorated areas identified in a lead  
inspection/risk assessment.

(“YWCA”), for which the YWCA will operate its Awakenings Transitional

survivors of crime with a history of homelessness and/or substance  
abuse, a safe and structured supportive housing setting to help them  
re-integrate back into the community, for the period 7/1/24 - 6/30/25, for a  
total amount not to exceed $220,794.

Job Placement, Job Readiness, and Job Development Services to  
Temporary Assistance adult applicants and recipients on family cases  
(Safety Net Families and Family Assistance), age 18 and over, for an  
initial term commencing on 4/1/23 - 3/31/24, in an amount not to exceed  
$1,459,879, by extending the term thereof for one (1) additional year from  
4/1/24 - 3/31/25, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,459,879,  
comprised of an amount not-to-exceed $1,374,379 and an amount  
not-to-exceed $85,500 (DSS4002-A-23), payable at approved rates upon  
Westhab achieving certain job placement, retention, and average  
earnings milestones.

Accessible Vans and Mobility of NY LLC D/B/A Bussani Mobility,  
(“Bussani Mobility”), pursuant to which Bussani Mobility will install  
specialized equipment in the personal vehicle of a DSS client, for the  
period from 3/1/24 - 2/28/25, for an amount not to exceed $43,089, be  
hereby amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $189, to a  
new total amount not to exceed of $43,278, in order to better cover the  
costs of the work.

Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc., to provide Case  
Management Services for Home-Delivered Meals Assessments services

agreement will be in an amount not-to-exceed $189,262, payable at the  
agreed upon unit cost, under the listed terms and conditions.

Management - Geriatric Program, and Information, and Assistance

agreement will be in an amount not-to-exceed $45,834 payable at the  
agreed-upon unit cost, under the listed terms and conditions.

Westchester, Inc., to provide Counseling and Information Services to  
seniors applying for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Services,  
including assisting clients in the completion and submission of

Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an amount  
not-to-exceed $58,849 in state funds, payable at the agreed-upon unit  
costs. The Contractor is required to contribute $19,617 in Contractor  
matching funds toward the services.

White Plains & Central Westchester for its Encore Plus Program to  
administer health promotion cancer screenings - evidence based and  
health promotion exercise services - non evidence based under the

not-to-exceed $39,733 in state funds, payable pursuant to the  
agreed-upon unit costs, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25. The  
Contractor is required to contribute $13,245 in contractor matching funds  
toward the services.

Westchester Public/Private Membership Fund for Aging Services, Inc., to  
provide Senior Center Recreation and Education to County seniors under

dollars, for the term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25.

providing social adult day services to Westchester County residents, 60

Elderly Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an  
aggregate amount not to exceed $120,000, comprised of $90,000 in  
State funds and $30,000 in County tax dollars.

Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc., for the provision of  
In-Home Contact & Support-Project Time Out services to County

for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing on 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, in an  
amount not-to-exceed $96,601 in State funding. WJCS is required to  
contribute $5,084 in matching funds to the Services.

Lifeline Systems Company for the purpose of providing personal  
emergency response system services to frail, homebound seniors under

and 2) permission for Lifeline to subcontract with Progressive Healthcare

County Department of Probation in connection with the new 80 bed  
juvenile secure/specialized secure detention build, as well as provide  
consultation, training, and support services to the Department of

amount not-to-exceed $140,000, payable at the rate of $200 per hour.
