Hastings-on-Hudson, for which the Village will perform improvements to  
the walkway on the West Side of Warburton Avenue between Spring and  
Villard Streets to benefit the low and moderate income residents in the  
area, for a term commencing 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, and that in consideration  
for performing said services, the County shall pay the Village a total  
amount not to exceed of $200,000 in Community Development Block  
Grant Program funding.

108272 Planning - Amend the agreement with Pawling Holdings, LLC, its  
successors or assigns, in order to increase the grant from the federal  
HOME Investment Partnership Program, by $40,000 from $855,587.43 to  
$895,587.43 and to change the expiration date from 5/31/23 to 11/30/23.  
The grant from the federal HOME Program will cover additional costs  
associated with the new construction of the four attached three-bedroom  
homeownership units. The units will affirmatively further fair housing and  
located at 259 North Ridge Street, Village of Rye Brook, and it is further  
that the County has required the Developer to file a Declaration of  
Restrictive Covenants which assures that the Units will be affordable to  
households whose income is at or below 80% of the County Area Median  
Income and will remain affordable for a period of not less than fifty (50)  
years.

Job Placement, Job Readiness, and Job Development Services to single  
adult applicants and recipients of Temporary Assistance, age 18 and  
over, for an initial term commencing on 4/1/23 - 3/31/24, in an amount not  
to exceed $1,105,225, by extending the term thereof for one (1) additional  
year from 4/1/24 - 3/31/25, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed  
$1,105,225, comprised of an amount not-to-exceed $1,037,700, and an  
amount not-to-exceed $67,525 (DSS4001-A-23).

Inc., for which Westhab was to operate the Vernon Plaza Family Center  
as a Tier II Shelter for Families, as defined in 18 NYCRR Part 900, as  
well as operate an emergency overnight shelter within the Vernon Plaza  
Center, for adults with children, on an as-needed basis, as such need is  
determined by the County, for an aggregate amount not-to-exceed  
$5,817,554, for the period from 2/1/21 - 1/1/24, and amend the  
agreement by, 1.) extending its term by one (1) year, to a new termination  
date of 1/31/25; 2.) increasing its amount by $2,017,264, to a new total  
not-to-exceed amount of $7,834,818, to pay for the Services during the  
Second Option Term, and 3.) reflecting the fact that the County will have  
the sole option to further extend the term of the agreement for one (1)  
additional one-year period thereafter, for the not-to-exceed amount of  
$2,057,609, on the same terms and conditions set forth in the agreement,  
for the Third Option Term (02/01/25 - 01/31/26).

commencing upon the Consultant''s receipt of written notice from the  
President, Westchester Community College, to commence services, with

is hereby amended 1) in order to: change the Consultants name from AI  
Engineers, Inc. dba Dolph Rotfeld Engineering, PC to AI Engineers, Inc.,  
Dolph Rotfeld Engineering Division; and 2) delete the ‘budget box’ which,  
inter alia, provided the term of the agreement as being from 2/1/24 -  
6/30/24, and replace it with the following budget box which reflects the  
correct term of 4/1/24 - 12/31/25.
