exceed $3,500,000 to support an Affordable AFFH Development located  
at 23 Mulberry Street (Section 2 Block 2062 Lot 25) in the City of  
Yonkers, in order to amend the description in the easement, the plans  
and the budget.

the City of Yonkers, 178 Warburton Limited Partnership, CPG Phase VI  
Limited Partnership, its successors and/or assigns, and the Municipal  
Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (“MHACY”), in order to change  
the affordability requirements for 92 affordable rental units that  
affirmatively further fair housing so that these units are available to  
seniors aged 62 and older with incomes at or below 30% and up to 60%  
of the Westchester County Area Median Income (“AMI”) instead of  
households with incomes between 30% and 90% of AMI and that the  
IMDA is ratified to include MHACY as a signatory.

Management Consulting Group, LLC (“CMCG”), pursuant to which CMCG  
will provide the County with emergency management and homeland  
security planning and preparedness services, in order to assist the  
County with specific initiatives, as fixed-fee deliverables, and hourly  
supplemental services, on an as-needed basis, for an amount not to  
exceed $347,836 for an initial term of two (2) years, commencing upon  
execution, with the County having the option, at its sole discretion, to  
extend the agreement for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms  
thereafter.

5/31/25, at the rates set forth in the original agreement (DSS7012-A-23).

Guidance Center of Westchester, Inc. for the provision of rental  
assistance and supportive services for the homeless in order to exercise  
the County’s first sole option to renew the agreement, for the one-year

exceed $1,827,213, for this first option period.

Westchester Institute for Human Development for the provision of  
Aftercare Services for Foster and Therapeutic Care for the Department,  
by entering into a first amendment, by 1) extending the term thereof for  
the period from 7/1/24 - 6/30/25, and 2) increase the not-to-exceed  
amount by $1,443,110, for services to be rendered during the extended  
term, bringing the total not to exceed amount to $2,889,725.

109628 Social Services - Amend an emergency contract with Century Protective  
Services Inc., pursuant to which Century was to provide the County with  
security escort services for Department of Social Services (“DSS”)  
personnel, for a period of one (1) year, commencing upon execution, for a  
total amount not-to-exceed $209,040, payable at a rate of $33.50 per  
hour per escort, (the “Agreement”; DSS3027-24) by, (1.) modifying its  
scope of work by, (a.) increasing, by seven (7), the number of escorts to  
be provided, (b.) adding additional DSS locations, including, without  
limitation, four (4) DSS district offices, to the list of site locations where an  
escort will be available, and (c.) providing for different shift hours for  
these additional escorts; and (2.) increasing its not-to-exceed amount by  
$487,760, to a new total amount not-to-exceed $696,800, in order to pay  
for the additional services to be provided under the modified scope of  
work (the “Amendment”; DSS3027-A-24).
