LLP, to provide the Board with an analytical review of, and preliminary  
findings and recommendations on, and then a final report with findings  
and recommendations on, the proposed County operating budget and the  
proposed County special districts budget, from 11/10/20 - 11/9/22, for a  
total amount not-to-exceed $314,000, with the County having the sole  
option to further extend the term of the agreement for one (1) additional  
one (1) year period, for a flat fee of $160,000 for the Second Option  
Term, and otherwise on the same terms and conditions as the initial term  
and first option term of the agreement, and therefore in order to, 1.)  
extend its term by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 11/9/23, 2.)  
increase its amount by $160,000, to a new total amount not-to-exceed  
$474,000, to pay for services during the Second Option Term, and 3.)  
reflect the fact that the County will not have any options remaining.

Metis Associates Inc., for a countywide Community Needs Assessment to  
identify existing resources, assess persistent needs, emerging trends and  
challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, detect gaps in services, and  
provide results-based recommendations to improve conditions for  
children, youth, and families in the County, for a term commencing on  
4/1/22 - 9/30/22, for an amount not to exceed $55,297, in order to (i)  
revise the scope of services to add four (4) youth focus groups and  
eliminate remaining Needs Assessment Advisory Committee (NAAC)  
meetings; (ii) revise the budget timeline; and (iii) extend the term of the  
agreement for a period from 10/1/22 - 12/31/22, at no additional charge to  
the County.

which will provide certain banking services for a term of three (3) years  
commencing upon the date the first disbursement is made onto a prepaid

under the listed terms and conditions.

Westchester, et al /Index Number: 63929/2015, for a term commencing  
on 1/11/18 - 12/31/22, in an amount not-to-exceed $1,009,100, by 1)  
increasing the amount an additional $100,000, to a new total aggregate  
amount not-to-exceed of $1,109,100 and 2) extend the term of the  
retainer agreement from 1/1/23 - 12/31/23.

term commencing retroactive to 7/25/22 and continuing until a final  
disposition and/or order of the case or until the County determines, in its  
sole discretion, to terminate the agreement for an amount not to exceed  
$100,000.

provide Senior Center Parking Lot Renovations on Boston Post Road in  
the Town, for an amount not-to-exceed $100,000, for a term commencing  
on 10/15/21 - 10/14/22, in order to expand the scope of work to include  
additional site work to fully complete the required ADA repairs, and to  
increase the amount by $99,000, to a new not to exceed amount of  
$199,000, to pay the Town for providing said additional work.

Inc., to provide services to the County regarding obtaining Social Security  
benefits for various individuals, for an amount not-to-exceed $500,000,  
from 10/1/20 - 9/30/22, with the County having the sole option to further  
extend the term of the agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year  
periods thereafter, on the same terms and conditions, and therefore by,  
1) extending its term by one (1) year, to a new termination date of  
9/30/23, and 2) reflecting the fact that the County will have one (1)  
additional one (1) year option remaining.

provide a transitional housing program for up to twelve homeless young  
adults between the ages of 18 and 24 called Stepping Stones, from  
12/1/22 - 11/30/23 to HUD’s Supportive Housing Program, in an amount  
not to exceed $319,124.

12. 95641 Social Services - Renew an agreement with Century Protective Services  
Inc., for the provision of security services at the Department of Social  
Services Grasslands Shelter at 25 Operations Drive, Valhalla Campus,  
Valhalla, NY, from 10/1/22 - 9/30/23, at the new hourly rate of $31.38,  
not-to-exceed the aggregate sum of $979,056.

13. 95667 Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with Family  
Services of Westchester, Inc., to provide Crime Prevention and Safety  
Program services for County seniors consisting of educational  
presentations on benefits and entitlements for seniors who are victims of  
crime and strategies to help seniors avoid crime victimization, and other  
areas of concern, for a term commencing retroactive to 10/11/21 -  
9/30/24, in an amount not-to-exceed $78,720 in American Rescue Plan  
Act SSC6 Federal grant funds, and FSW shall be required to: 1)  
contribute $8,747 in matching funds to the program; and 2) provide three  
(3) separate budgets for each of the three-years of the agreement.

and through the City Department of Environmental Protection (the  
“NYCDEP”), for which the NYCDEP was granted permission to construct,  
at its sole cost and expense, an access road over approximately 0.022

designated as Section, Block and Lot No. 99.14-1-1 on the Tax Maps for  
the Village of Pleasantville, in order to extend the term of the agreement  
for an additional three (3) months and amend the termination date from  
9/22/22 to 12/22/22.

New York acting by and through its Department of Transportation  
(“NYSDOT”) to share services, equipment and materials in connection

$10,000, and having a term of four (4) years commencing upon full  
execution, and the County will agree to indemnify NYSDOT for any and  
all claims arising out the County’s acts or omissions under the agreement.

KG+D Architects, P.C., Mount Kisco, for architectural and engineering  
services associated with Merestead Farm House Restoration, Towns of

associated with this project, for a total compensation of $206,483, and  
the agreement shall commence upon the Consultant's receipt of written  
notice from the Commissioner of the Department or his designee and that  
the completion date shall be 12/31/27. Approval of the five (5) listed  
subconsultants.
