serve as Director of the Westchester County Family Justice Center, for a  
term commencing on 10/1/22 - 9/30/25, for a total amount not to exceed  
$315,720, 100% of which is grant funded and the funding amount per  
year will not exceed $105,240.

95922 Social Services - Amend an agreement to enter into an agreement with  
the fifty-nine (59) training providers listed on aforementioned resolutions,  
pursuant to which each provider would provide vocational training  
services to adult, dislocated workers, and youth pursuant to the  
provisions of Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of  
2014, from 7/1/19 - 6/30/23, for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed  
$1,773,730, is hereby further amended by: 1) adding one new training  
provider, Brenshirer Technical Institute LCC, to the list of approved  
training providers, thereby increasing the total number of training  
providers from fifty-nine (59) to sixty (60); and 2) increasing the amount  
by an additional $700,000, to a new total aggregate amount  
not-to-exceed of $2,473,730.

Press Inc., to provide Public Information Services for a term retroactive to  
1/3/22 - 9/30/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $450,000, payable with  
American Rescue Plan Act SSC6 federal grant funds, to provide Public  
Information services to County residents sixty (60) years or older on  
available services, benefits and entitlements and other areas of concern,  
and Rose Press shall be required to: 1) contribute $50,000 in matching  
funds to the Program; and 2) provide three (3) separate budgets for each  
of the three years of the agreement.

Westchester Public/Private Membership Fund for Aging Services, Inc.  
(“WPPM”), to provide Caregiver Services for County residents sixty (60)  
years or older on available services, benefits and entitlements and other  
areas of concern and linking such individuals to such appropriate  
community resources, opportunities and services, commencing  
retroactive to 1/1/22 - 9/30/24, in an amount not-to-exceed $399,612 in  
American Rescue Plan Act FCC6 federal grant funds, and WPPM shall  
be required to: 1) contribute $44,401 in matching funds to the Program;  
and 2) provide three (3) separate budgets for each of the three years of  
the agreement.

provide Diabetes Self-Management Program Workshops services to  
County residents age fifty-five (55) years or older and/or their caregivers,  
for a term commencing retroactive to 6/1/22 - 9/30/24, for an amount  
not-to-exceed $111,293 in ARPA - PHC6 federal grant funds awarded to  
the County by the New York State Office for the Aging for actual services  
provided and line-items budgeted.

95969 Senior Programs and Services - Renew an agreement with  
Westchester Jewish Community Services, Inc., to provide Case  
Management Services for Home-Delivered Meals Assessments under the  
Community Services for the Elderly Program, in order to renew and  
extend the term of the agreement for the period commencing on 4/1/22 -  
3/31/23, in an amount not-to-exceed $146,718 in State funds, payable at  
the unit-cost amount of $38.00, in order to increase the unit cost under  
the Third Option Term by $3.80, to a new unit cost of $41.80.

95998 Senior Programs and Services - Enter into an agreement with the  
Westchester Public/Private Membership Fund for Aging Services, Inc., to  
provide and expand the Telehealth Intervention Program for Seniors to  
County seniors in accordance with the federal Coronavirus Local Fiscal  
Recovery Fund (“CLFRF”) of the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) of  
2022. The Agreement will be paid for with CLFRF - ARPA federal grant  
funds awarded to the County from the New York State Office for the  
Aging, in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for actual services  
provided and line-items budgeted, and will be for a term commencing  
retroactive to 9/1/22 - 12/31/24.

Health to accept funding for the Sexual Health Clinical Services Program  
Grant, formerly known as the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Program, from  
10/1/22 - 9/30/27, in the amount not-to-exceed $1,200,000 and to  
authorize the County of Westchester to defend and indemnify the New  
York State Department of Health pursuant to the agreement, as listed.

10. 95672 Labs and Research - Enter into an agreement with Regeneron  
Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for which the County will provide analytical water  
testing services to check for bacterial and chemical contaminants for  
Regeneron for the term commencing 5/1/22 - 4/30/23, in the amount of  
$100,000 to be paid by Regeneron to the County pursuant to a set fee  
schedule.

Gallagher & Associates Consulting Engineers, PC, Pleasantville, in  
connection with engineering services for the Administration Building

Consultant shall provide design services associated with this project, for a  
total compensation of $125,000 shall be provided, commencing upon the  
Consultant's receipt of written notice from the Director of the Physical  
Plant Department or his designee and that the completion date shall be  
12/31/24.

Consulting Engineering, PC, White Plains, in connection with engineering

compensation of $49,750, commencing upon the Consultant's receipt of  
written notice from the Director of the Physical Plant Department or his  
designee and that the completion date shall be 6/30/23.

this project, total compensation of $54,950, commencing upon the
