Social Services - Exercise the third of its four options to renew under its agreement with Westchester Institute for Human Development to provide Aftercare Services for Foster and Therapeutic Care for the Department, by entering into an amendment in order to: (i) extend the term thereof for the period from 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027 and (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by $1,225,000, for services to be rendered during the extended term for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $5,597,674.
