Finance - Amend the existing agreement with Mitchell & Titus, LLP, for the provision of accounting review and agreed upon procedure services, for an initial term commencing on 4/1/22 - 12/31/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 with the County having two (2) options to extend the initial term for two-year terms, in order for the County to exercise the first (1st) of its two (2) options under the agreement to extend the initial term for a period of two years, commencing on 1/1/25 - 12/31/26, for an annual amount not to exceed $50,000.
