DPW/Transportation - 1) Renew Contract No. 22-210 with Slade Industries, Inc., Mountainside, NJ, to provide a Maintenance Service for Elevators, Various Locations, Westchester County, New York and extend the termination date of the agreement from 2/14/26 to 2/14/28; and 2) increase the amount of the agreement by $1,995,760, from an amount of $2,993,640, to a new amount not to exceed $4,989,400.
