Health - Amend the 3/13/2025 resolution authorizing the County to enter into agreements with New York State Education Department approved Providers of Special Education Preschool Services for children with disabilities from ages three to five to add Putnam County dba Putnam County Early Learning Center to the list of approved providers, effective 8/1/2026, and further authorize the County to enter into an agreement with Putnam County ELC, subject to the same listed terms and conditions.
