Health – (i) Enter into a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with 563-573 South Broadway Gem, LLC and Alta Vista Lead Improvement Inc. to perform lead remediation services on the property located at 563 South Broadway, Apt. 3H, Yonkers, in accordance with the New York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the term starting upon execution of the agreement through 3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $40,000; and (ii) enter into a Local Program Administrator Agreement to provide an amount not to exceed $40,000 to assist with the direct and eligible related costs of lead remediation in exchange for which a Declaration of Interest will be secured as a recorded lien on the property.
