Social Services - Enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (DSS6046-25) with Healthy Families New York, acting by and through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and Healthy Families Westchester, acting by and through Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial, Inc., in order for the Department to refer children and families to the Healthy Families Westchester program for a term commencing upon execution and continuing until the program is discontinued, at no cost to the County.
