Title: DPW/Transportation - Enter into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") (Agreement No. 25-922) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District ("USACE") and the New York State Historic Preservation Office ("SHPO") pursuant to which the USACE will issue a Nationwide permit to County under section 404 of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1344, for capital project RB03W Quaker Bridge Road Bridge ("Bridge") over Croton River (BIN 3348560), and the County will agree to perform certain measures to mitigate the adverse effects of the project on the Bridge consisting of the preparation of Historic American Engineering Record Level II documentation, sharing the architectural drawings for review and comment with SHPO, offering the historic decorative plaques and portal corner members to the Town of Cortlandt and/or Village of Croton on Hudson, and submitting a post-work report to the USACE and SHPO, commencing upon execution and expire if its terms are not carried out within five (5) years from ...
