Probation - Exercise the first four 1-year renewal options to extend its agreement with Jail Solutions, LLC, pursuant to which it, through its principal Leandro Diaz consults the Department in connection with the new 80 bed juvenile secure/specialized secure detention build, as well as provide consultation, training, and support services to the Department of Correction to ensure best practice and compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act, for a term commencing on 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 in an amount not to exceed $140,000.
