Health - Enter into agreements with SPCA of Westchester, Inc. and Violi Veterinary Care PLLC d/b/a Stamen Animal Hospital, pursuant to which the Contractors will provide free pet rabies vaccination clinics for Westchester County residents, for a term commencing on 1/1/26 - 12/31/28, for an aggregate amount not to exceed $25,000 per year, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $75,000.
