Social Services - Amend an agreement (DSS3012-B-23) with the Westchester Community Opportunity Program, Inc., for the provision of all services needed to operate an emergency overnight shelter, and day program, for up to eighty (80) single adults, at 19 Washington Avenue in the City of New Rochelle, and amend the agreement by 1) extending its term by one (1) year, 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, and 2) increasing the amount by $1,117,589 to pay for the services during the Second Amendment.
