Social Services - Amend each of the four (4) agreements, which each contractor was to provide an emergency housing assistance program, and, therefore, 1.) extend the term of each agreement by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 12/31/25; 2.) increase the amount of each agreement by varying amounts, for a total aggregate not-to-exceed increase of $8,288,649, in order to pay for services during the second option term; and 3.) reflect the fact that the County will have two (2) remaining one (1) year options.
