Title: County Executive/Youth Bureau - Amend a resolution approved on 11/13/2025 authorizing the County to (i) accept funding from the New York State Office of Children & Family Services ("OCFS") for a variety of youth services programs and (ii) enter into an agreement with The Children's Village, Inc. to operate its Sanctuary and Life's Bridge programs with $185,121 of the OCFS funds and $55,536 from the County, for a total amount not-to-exceed $240,657; in order to modify the composition of the not to exceed amount by changing the total amount of OCFS funds to $166,609, $55,536 in County funds, and $55,536 of "in-kind" services provided by the County for an increased total not to exceed amount of $277,682.
