Senior Programs and Services - 1) Enter into an agreement with Lifeline Systems Company for the purpose of providing personal emergency response system services to frail, homebound seniors under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, for a term commencing retroactively on 4/1/25 - 3/31/26, in an amount not-to-exceed $40,609; and 2) for permission for Lifeline to subcontract with IT Service Point, LLC., Pinebrook, NJ, to perform a portion of the services under the Agreement.
