College - Amend an agreement with Jenspark, pursuant to which JensSpark agrees to provide graphic design services in furtherance of increasing enrollment at the College and retaining students, for a total amount not-to-exceed $270,000, for a term commencing on 9/1/22 - 8/31/26, on the same terms and conditions without adding any additional cost to the agreement.
