County Attorney - 1) Enter into a grant agreement with the New York State Office of Indigent Legal Services for the Second Statewide Expansion of Hurrell-Harring, for the receipt of $8,451,219.48 in grant funds to improve the quality of mandated indigent legal services for the term commencing retroactively on 4/1/24 - 3/31/27; and 2) enter into an agreement with The Legal Aid Society of Westchester County to implement a portion of the work plan under the Grant in an aggregate amount not to exceed $3,421,769.34, for the term commencing retroactively on 4/1/24 - 3/31/27 that an aggregate amount of $5,029,450.14 be allocated to the County Independent Office of Assigned Counsel, for the period commencing retroactively on 4/1/24 - 3/31/27.
